Резюме

В обзорной статье представлен теоретический анализ этических и лидерских аспектов деятельности медицинской сестры расширенной практики в системе детской реабилитации. Показано, что современная педиатрическая реабилитация носит длительный, многоэтапный и мультидисциплинарный характер, что объективно усиливает клиническую, организационную и нравственную ответственность такой медицинской сестры. Медицинская сестра расширенной практики рассматривается как координатор межпрофессиональной помощи, активный участник клинических решений и защитник прав ребёнка и его семьи. Обосновано, что этика и лидерство формируют ядро профессиональной ее идентичности и напрямую влияют на качество, безопасность и пациентоориентированность реабилитационной помощи. Отдельное внимание уделено перспективам развития роли медицинской сестры расширенной практики в условиях Республики Казахстан с учётом существующих нормативных, образовательных и институциональных ограничений.
