Objective: identification of existing problems and preferences in ways of communication among the youth of Kazakhstan.

Methods: 1). theoretical methods: analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature on the problem under study for the period 2011-2021 according to the Google Scholar and PubMed; 2) empirical methods: anonymous survey of young people aged 18-44 using the questionnaire proposed by the authors.

Results: The authors anonymously online and offline interviewed 35 people aged 18-44. The ratio of male and female was 1:4. According to the level of education, 4 people (12%) had secondary and secondary specialized education, 12 (34%) had incomplete higher education, and 19 (54%) had higher education. The largest proportion of respondents were young people aged 23-29 years (43%). Then, in decreasing order - 18-22 years old (26%), 30-35 years old (20%), 36-44 years old (11%). Among the respondents, most of all were those who communicated offline for more than 4 hours a day - 16 people. Young people who preferred direct contact and virtual communication for 2-4 hours a day were equally divided (15 people each). At the same time, in the case of communication less than 2 hours a day, virtual communication prevailed (15 people). The vast majority of respondents preferred offline communication.

Discussion. According to the review and analysis of the literature, one can be convinced that communication as one of the types of communicative activity plays a significant role in socialization and ensures the formation of self-awareness. The share of virtual communication among young people in Kazakhstan was similar to peers from Russia.

Conclusion: Online has become a necessary component of communication in general while remaining as an auxiliary option. Currently, young people in Kazakhstan are actively using the possibilities of online along with offline communication, giving preference to the latter.

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the effectiveness of professional training for specialists in therapeutic physical culture and kinesiotherapy through the use of innovative methods and digital technologies. The study addresses issues related to the organization of the educational process, assessment of the quality of theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquisition, as well as analysis of participant feedback for further improvement of the training program.

The purpose of the work is to develop and test a fundamentally new educational program: "Therapeutic Physical Culture (Elements of Voit Therapy, Bobath Therapy, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Therapy)," aimed at training specialists in the field of neurorehabilitation using innovative methods of kinesitherapy, as well as evaluating its effectiveness, practical significance, and obtaining feedback from students for subsequent improvement of the program.

The educational course was implemented at the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation, where 180 specialists were trained during the period from 2023 to 2025. The analysis demonstrated a positive dynamic in knowledge growth, ranging from 10.9% to 16.9%, indicating the high effectiveness of the educational program. Participants successfully mastered key neurorehabilitation techniques, including proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation method, Bobath, and Vojta therapy. The results of the study confirmed the high demand for the training program, its effectiveness in enhancing professional competencies, and its compliance with modern requirements for the quality of medical rehabilitation.

This review article presents a theoretical analysis of the ethical and leadership aspects of the activities of an Advanced Practice Nurse in pediatric rehabilitation. Modern pediatric rehabilitation is characterized by its long-term, multistage, and multidisciplinary nature, which objectively increases the clinical, organizational, and moral responsibility of Advanced Practice Nurses. The Advanced Practice Nurse is considered as a key coordinator of interprofessional care, an active participant in clinical decision-making, and an advocate for the rights and interests of the child and family. It is substantiated that ethics and leadership constitute the core of the Advanced Practice Nurse’s professional identity and directly influence the quality, safety, and patient-centeredness of rehabilitation care. Special attention is paid to the prospects for the development of the Advanced Practice Nurse’s role in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of existing regulatory, educational, and institutional limitations.

Abstract

Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is classically defined by persistent difficulties in social interaction and communication, associated with restricted and repetitive behaviours. Beyond these criteria, recent data highlight the importance of sensorimotor dimensions in the developmental profile of autistic children. Sensory particularities, now included in the diagnostic criteria, affect the majority of children and influence behavioural regulation, learning and social interactions. In addition, motor impairments are highly prevalent and are frequently associated with developmental coordination disorder (DCD). These difficulties impact autonomy and engagement in school and social contexts.

Psychomotor therapy offers an integrative approach combining clinical assessment, standardised tools and contextualised functional interventions. By taking into account the sensory, motor, tonic and emotional dimensions of the child, it aims to support learning and self-regulation and to promote a more harmonious adjustment to the constraints of the everyday environment.

This narrative review aims to examine sensory and motor particularities in children with autism spectrum disorder and to discuss the role of psychomotor intervention in addressing these difficulties.

Keywords

Abstract

The аrticle presents an аnalysis of scientific evidence of the effectiveness of modern rehabilitation technologies in patients with spinal muscular atrophy. The key areas of rehаbilitation are considered, including physiotherapy, respiratory support, orthopedic correction, occupational therapy and methods of improving functional independence. Bаsed on the analysis of recent publications, their impact on physical activity, prevention of complications and quality of life of patients is assessed. Special attention is paid to the role of a multidisciplinary approach and the interаction of rehabilitation with innovative drug therapy. The findings emphasize the need to integrate evidence-based rehаbilitation techniques into the comprehensive manаgement of patients with spinаl muscular atrophy.
