Paid services

There are two ways to be admitted:

1.Obtain a state-subsidized rehabilitation (under the Compulsory Social Health Insurance system) through your local clinic;

2.Pay out of pocket by booking an appointment in advance. Contact numbers: +7 (7172) 51 15 55 or +7 (7172) 51 16 12.

The list of required documents depends on the child’s age. In addition, there is a separate list of documents required for the accompanying person. This information can be obtained from your local pediatrician, general practitioner, or family doctor.

Documents required for hospitalization

You need to contact your local physician, a specialist in your child’s medical condition, and the head of your outpatient clinic at your place of residence.

– Psychotherapists
– Biofeedback therapy specialists (psycho-emotional, musculoskeletal, and speech correction)
– Special education professionals: occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, special needs teachers, play therapists, music therapists, Montessori educators, deaf education specialists
– Orthotics services (insoles, orthoses, corsets)
– Social adaptation programs (workshops, driving simulation, winter garden)

Indications and Contraindications for Hospitalization.

The Center is the only facility in Kazakhstan and Central Asia offering all three key components of rehabilitation: medical rehabilitation, psychological and educational correction, and social adaptation.
Since 2014, the Center has been the only rehabilitation institution in Kazakhstan accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI) (USA) for quality and safety in healthcare. This accreditation was successfully renewed in 2017 and 2021. The Center provides high-quality medical services in accordance with international standards.

If a caregiver stays with the patient around the clock, a sick leave certificate can be provided for working individuals. Please inform your attending physician about this during the first days of your stay in the Center.

The attending physician, together with the multidisciplinary team, the caregiver, and the patient, jointly determine the rehabilitation plan and sequence of procedures.
