As you step into the hall, you arrive at the reception desk. Our welcoming staff will answer your questions, explain the check-in and admission process, and guide you on what to expect next.

Our Center features six departments, each tailored to the specific age and developmental needs of the child:

• "Bobek" — for our youngest patients, from infancy up to 2 years old.
• "Qadam" — for children aged 2 to 5 years.
• "Bolashaq" — for children aged 5 to 8 years.
• "Aqzhol" — for children aged 8 to 12 years.
• "Balbulaq" — for teenagers aged 12 to 18 years.
• "Qamqor" — a mixed-age department. This unit provides rehabilitation for children with speech and language delays, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, as well as children with sensorineural hearing loss following cochlear implantation or using hearing aids.

Each department offers cozy, double-occupancy rooms equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: ergonomic beds, a refrigerator, an en-suite bathroom, and personal storage space. When a mother stays with her infant, an additional crib is provided. Every detail is thoughtfully arranged so you can focus on what matters most: caring for and supporting your child throughout the rehabilitation journey.

Staff are on duty in every department around the clock, so assistance is always available. Rehabilitation programs are delivered by our multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, psychologists, and special educators—each experienced in pediatric special care and dedicated to providing genuine, compassionate support. In the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, your child can receive:

• Charcot shower (jet douche);
• Bubble (pearl) and salt baths;
• Ultrasound therapy;
• Underwater shower massage (hydro-massage);
• Salt room (halotherapy) sessions;
• Pool therapy with an instructor (3 pools available, including an infant pool);
• Individual and group therapeutic physical training (physiotherapy / exercise therapy);
• Full-body, localized, and acupressure massages;
• Oxygen cocktails;
• Electrotherapy (pulsed currents, inductothermy, magnetotherapy, electrosleep therapy);
• Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS);
• Bioptron light therapy;
• Heat therapy and peloid (mud) therapy;
• Inhalation therapy.

These procedures are aimed at general strengthening of the body, post-injury recovery, stimulating impaired body areas, improving blood and lymph circulation, and enhancing coordination, respiration, and overall well-being.

Here, sessions combine cutting-edge technology with an individualized approach:

- Biofeedback (BFB) training;

- Kinesiotherapy integrating elements of Vojta and Bobath therapies;

- Exercises on the D-Wall Elite digital platform;

- Locomotor therapy;

- Robotic device training, including the Cosmos ergometric rehabilitation system, exoskeleton, HandTutor device, Syrebo fine motor skills trainers, Zepu-SG3 upper limb training and cognitive integration system, and Rebless Planar robotic therapy for upper extremity movement restoration;

- Mechanotherapy.

These methods help restore motor functions while improving balance, gait, and fine motor skills. All sessions are conducted in a playful, engaging format under the supervision of experienced specialists, with continuous progress tracking.

Our specialists custom-fabricate orthoses, corsets, and insoles according to individual measurements. If needed, existing devices can also be repaired or restored. This is a vital area of our work, and we take pride in the quality and precision of every product.

The Center features the Department of Socio-Pedagogical Correction, staffed by specialists including:

For school-age children, lessons are held in a specially equipped classroom featuring an interactive whiteboard, computers, and everything needed for comfortable learning.

 

Our Center also features a unique Traffic Park, where children learn traffic rules and road safety practices through play.

 

All children undergoing rehabilitation at our Center receive complimentary meals. The menu is developed with our specialists to meet age-specific nutritional needs. Each meal is complete, well-balanced, and delicious. We ensure that our nutrition supports overall health and promotes recovery.
