On April 6, the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation (NCCR) participated in the "Thailand – Kazakhstan" international networking event organized by the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand.
The main theme of the meeting focused on best practices in healthcare, wellness, and medical services. The event served as a platform for exchanging expert knowledge and identifying new areas for cooperation between the two countries.
Representing the NCCR as a keynote speaker, Managing Director Saya Amangeldikyzy presented the center's achievements and the modern rehabilitation techniques successfully implemented at the facility.
Following the networking event, on April 7, representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Thailand, led by Minister Counselor Dr. Oratai Phubunlap, along with representatives from the Samitivej Hospital Group—Prof. Emeritus Suthat Fucharoen and Ms. Minami Namiza—paid an official visit to the National Center for Children's Rehabilitation.
The purpose of the visit was to gain insight into the center's clinical facilities and high-tech equipment. A guided tour was conducted for the delegation, highlighting the NCCR’s core activities, the multidisciplinary approach to pediatric rehabilitation, and the center’s advanced technological infrastructure.
As a result of the visit, the parties discussed future steps for developing the partnership, sharing professional expertise, and implementing joint initiatives in the field of pediatric rehabilitation and medical technology.
