Түйіндеме

Бұл шолу мақаласында оңалту үдерісіндегі мейіргерлік персоналдың рөлі басқарушылық және практикалық қызметтердің бір-бірімен қалай тоғысатыны тұрғысынан қарастырылады. Талдау нәтижелері қазіргі ғылыми әдебиетте мейіргер жұмысы енді тек күтім көрсету және пациентті бақылаумен шектелмейтінін, керісінше оның пациенттің функционалдық жағдайын бағалауға, оңалту іс-шараларын үйлестіруге, асқынулардың алдын алуға, пациент пен оның отбасын оқытуға, сондай-ақ қалпына келу үдерісін медициналық көмектің әртүрлі кезеңдерінде үздіксіз сүйемелдеуге тікелей қатысатынын байқатады. Бұл рөл, әсіресе, неврологиялық, кардиологиялық, травматологиялық-ортопедиялық және гериатриялық оңалтуда айқынырақ көрінеді, өйткені дәл осы бағыттарда мейіргердің клиникалық, ұйымдастырушылық және коммуникативтік ықпалы нақты әрі күнделікті тәжірибеде сезіледі.
